Professional and on time service. They do the job with a good end-result. However, hidden cost when it comes to the back up of the data of your laptop. They send you a mail 3days before returning the laptop asking 150 to save your data even if your laptop is under warranty. This was not communicated initially.

A real joke. I had an Issue with my macbook pro and with the keypad Trackpad not responding. I have been told that it was an issue with the mothercard that needed to be replaced, without any further explanation (700 euros!). I refuse and I have to pay 85 euros to get my computer back. I went to a non official retailer that made some test and replaced the trackpad that appeared to be the real issue. cost: 180 euros... I lost 85 euros and my time!

Dont be misled by the fact that this is an official Apple Reseller. The service they provided was far worse than at any apple store I have ever experienced. To begin, the lady at the desk was never friendly and did not respond well to my questions, instead being very arrogant. I had a broken Macbook screen (2014 model) and ended up paying 85 euros for an analysis which was never done properly! I asked them if, apart from the screen, all other aspects were working properly, to which they said yes. However, upon further questioning this \yes\, turned out to be merely an assumption. When I retrieved the laptop, I found out that other aspects did not work either. I would have almost wasted 600 euros at this place! I would strongly advise you not to go here.

Since 2009, we worked with various Apple repair centers in Europe. ARC is always perfect, very fast (max 4 days). And, when there is an emergency, the High Priority service (admittedly for a fee) makes it possible to recover a machine, even on some major interventions, in 24 hours (!). Mr. de Roover and his team are often very knowledgeable about technical and administrative procedures.
